I was trying to purchase a collectible, which showed in stock. Although the transaction took place, logging into my account showed nothing. After a day, I tried reaching out unsuccessfully. The second day, someone did answer and explained to me that the item was out of stock (despite the website showing full stock).
The good thing is that they processed a full refund VERY quickly. They updated the product site immediately to show the item was indeed out of stock. I might try them again in the future - especially if the item I was looking for returns.
